In 1979 services from the Paddington Centre for Psychotherapy moved from Harrow Road to the Parkside Clinic.

Today the Parkside Clinic is managed by the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.  It provides community mental health services to children and young adults aged up to 18 years. 

Treatments vary, depending on clinical need, and include cognitive behavioural therapy, family therapy, play therapy as well as individual and group psychotherapy.  If appropriate, medication is also given.
